Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://lca-game-guild.gitbook.io/white-paper/dao.md). # DAOへの取り組み ## DAO（自立分散型組織）とは？ LGGは、中央集権的な意思決定ではなく、自律分散して機能する組織（DAO）を目指しています。 DAO（Decentralized Autonomous Organization）は、特定の中央管理者を必要とせず、ブロックチェーン上に定められたルール（スマートコントラクト）に従って、コミュニティメンバーが協力して管理・運営される組織のことです。 分散型モデルを利用することで、各ユーザーが自分の利益を最優先に考え、DAOは最大の効率で運営されることになります。 ユーザーがより多くのトークンを保有すればするほど、そのトークンから利益を得たいと思うようになり、プラットフォームにとって最善と思われるものに従って、組織方針を決定するようになります。 そのため、トークンの価値が上がり、すべての関係者が適切なインセンティブを得られるシナリオが生まれます。 ## DAO化までのプロセス LGGは、スマートコントラクトが開発されるまでの間、創業チームによって運営されます。 組織の構成は以下の通りです。 * GameFi市場を広く調査し、分析をかけ、ポートフォリオを作成するチーム * 参入したゲームの攻略やNFTの運用を行うチーム * ギルドメンバーに対してスカラーシップの仕組みを構築するチーム * ゲーム企業やVCのパートナーシップを推進するチーム * WEBメディアを運営しグロースさせるチーム * Discordにおいてコミュニティーを広げていくチーム * スカラーシップによるESG活動を促進させるチーム 創業チームは、GameFiのポートフォリオをより洗練されたものに仕上げ、ユーザーが安心してGameFiを楽しめる環境を作り、GameFi市場の拡大に貢献する基盤を整えます。 最終的にLGGは、DAOの意思決定に対する投票権を持つLGGトークンの保有者によって管理されることを目標としています。 --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
